- Carrier risk scoring based on FMCSA data and proprietary algorithms
- Real-time fraud detection and alert generation
- Driver and carrier verification via QR code and PIN systems
- Document management and audit trail functionality
- Analytics and reporting tools for freight brokers
3. Account Registration
To use FreightGuard, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your team members comply with these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FreightGuard only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Platform to engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our APIs
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent carrier information or risk scores
5. FMCSA Data Disclaimer
FreightGuard sources carrier data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and other public databases. While we strive for accuracy:
- FMCSA data may be delayed or incomplete
- Risk scores are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees
- FreightGuard does not replace your own due diligence
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on our risk scores
6. Subscription and Payment
FreightGuard offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of FreightGuard is subject to our Privacy Policy. You grant us a license to use data you submit to provide and improve our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
FreightGuard and all associated software, algorithms, and content are the property of FreightGuard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of FreightGuard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (documents), SendGrid (email), Render (hosting)
